It doesn’t get much easier than this Condensed Milk Cake recipe. Essentially it is a flan or custard style of cake that uses a can of sweetened condensed milk, eggs and flour. A little baking powder and butter – and that’s it.

Add a syrupy berry compote if you’re jazzing it up but it is utterly delicious all by itself. And super, super, easy.

This is one of those recipes you will go back to again and again.

Condensed Milk Cake Recipe
  • 1 can condensed, sweetened milk (400 gm)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour (150 gm)
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 gm melted Butter + 1 Tablespoon for brushing the cake tin.
