Surprisingly simple to make too, although the recipe uses a water bath. This sounds more complicated than it actually is so don’t be put-off if it’s your first time with this technique. The recipe will guide you through.
And to get the clean edged slices like you see in the photo, run your knife under boiling water so that the blade is good and hot before cutting each slice.
