This Cottage Cheese Cheesecake could be just the thing if you’re looking for a lighter cheesecake.

This protein packed, calorie conscious cheesecake sacrifices nothing to achieve it’s healthy ends. It’s rich, creamy, velvety and unmistakeably cheesecake, but a lighter version at the same time.

The gorgeous cheesecake filling is made with with four cups of cottage cheese and no-fat Greek yoghurt and gently spiced with vanilla, orange and cardamon.

On top of this delicious filling is a lemony blueberry topping. It’s sweet and jammy contrasts beautifully with the cottage cheese cheesecake filling. A perfect match.

Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Recipe
For the Crust:
  • cookie crumbs (digestive biscuits, shortbread, graham crackers, chocolate cookies or any other desired cookies or biscuits)
  • unsalted butter, melted
