Chocolate Nutella and Hazel Nut Brownie Cake

Layers of heaven.

Hello Chocolate Nutella Hazelnut Brownie Cake – and where have you been all of my life?

First there’s a rich and dense chocolate brownie layer, followed by a layer of nutella, then chopped hazelnuts and then a luscious chocolate ganache layer. All topped off with more even more hazelnuts. Unbelievably good.

This slice has a wonderful fudgey, gooey texture and the hazelnuts add a great contrasting crunch.

An easy recipe to make, but you do need to refrigerate the layers as you add them, so it can take a little time to pull together. It’s well worth it though and you will be rewarded by the finished product. Divine.

As my three year old nephew says, “yum-may”.

The very talented Sips and Spoonfuls shares her recipe for this indulgent treat.
