I love thinking about baking it.
I love the apple and cinnamon cake smell of my kitchen (whole house actually) while baking it.
I love pulling it freshly baked from the oven.
I love slicing through it and serving it to friends and family.
I love eating it. I love, love, love eating this apple and cinnamon cake.
I love having a second slice.
And I love the compliments I receive.
Share the love. This is no cake to keep to yourself (although you will be tempted not to share and keep it all to yourself).
